BBC Breakfast fans woke up to a pleasant surprise this weekend when they spotted a regular present was notably missing from the famous red sofa.

On Saturday morning (December 2), TV presenter Naga Munchetty was nowhere to be seen. The raven-haired beauty, 48, usually hosts the morning show with her co-host Charlie Stayt from Thursday to Saturday.

But this week, the BBC morning show suffered a presenter shake-up when Naga was nowhere to be seen. Instead, her colleague Sarah Campbell, 50, stood in for her and presented the show alongside the 61-year-old.

Although it’s not known why Naga was missing from the program today, the broadcaster was spotted painting the town red at an evening event in London last night (December 1). The radio host looked nothing short of sensational as she ditched her usually conservative BBC Breakfast host and opted for a glam dress.

The beloved presenter oozed confidence as she ditched her bra in the sizzling black dress which featured a plunging neckline and a dramatic thigh-high slit. She put her toned physique on display as she graced the red carpet before she strutted her stuff into the Royal Albert Hall.

Naga was all smiles as she attended An Audience with Kylie where she watched the pop sensation, 55, perform at the famous concert hall for the biggest Audience With… to date. The stella gig is set to hit the airwaves on ITV later this year.

The broadcaster was part of an exclusive VIP audience who watched the hitmaker perform her greatest hits as well as songs from her eagerly anticipated album Tension. Also in attendance was This Morning presenter Rylan Clark who couldn’t wait to share the gig online.

Taking to Instagram, the hunk shared a clip of him running onto stage to sweep up the shower of confetti all over the stage before the blonde bombshell performed her next song. He captioned the post: “Adding @kylieminogue’s cleaner to the CV.”

He wasn’t the only presenter to help clean up the stage, as Alan Carr joined him on stage to sweep the stage free of debris. Her glamorous night out comes after the host was accused by fans of “picking an argument” with a guest on the news program.

During Friday (December 1) morning’s show, Naga and Charlie covered some of the biggest stories hitting the headlines. At one point, the pair welcomed shadow business and trade secretary Jonathan Reynolds onto the show.

It didn’t take long before viewers flooded to the social media platform X – formerly known as Twitter – to share their thoughts on the “really uncomfortable” interview online. Fans at home found their televised chat “hostile”, with one user posting: “Why were Charlie and Naga so hostile to the idea of banking hubs I wonder?”

Another added: “Trying to pick an argument and undermine anybody is very different to challenging and insightful interviewing, Charlie Stayt #bbcbreakfast.” BBC Breakfast airs on weekdays from 6am on BBC One or catch-up on BBC iPlayer.
