<\/p>\nSTRICTLY Come Dancing star Adam Thomas\u2019 wife Caroline has said it has been \u201cstressful\u201d not having him around, amid show training.<\/p>\n
Ex-Emmerdale\u00a0star Adam, 35, married Caroline in August 2017 and they share two children together \u2013\u00a0Teddy, nine, and daughter Elsie, five.<\/p>\n
\n<\/p>\n
And Adam\u2019s schedule just got a lot busier with Strictly training, after he was announced for the new series.<\/p>\n
Caroline told The Sun it has been \u201cstressful\u201d having to solo-parent while he\u2019s away.<\/p>\n
She said: \u201cI do worry about my little ones going back this September, with Adam being super busy with work at the moment.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe most stressful part is making sure you\u2019re organised in terms of uniform, PE kit, stationary, even down to the after-school activities like football<\/span>, dancing, and swimming<\/span>! It\u2019s all so time-consuming, and by the time homework is done in the evening, there\u2019s not much time left to prepare tea.<\/p>\n \u201cWith Adam working in this busy period, I\u2019m so lucky to have the support of my friends and family. I try to keep our routine as simple as possible so we can spend quality time with him when he comes home.\u201d<\/p>\n The pair admitted they\u2019d normally split the back-to-school to-do list, but with Adam away training, the responsibility has been left with Caroline.<\/p>\n Adam was recently announced to be dancing with Strictly pro Luba Mushtuk.<\/p>\n The actor was forced to hit back after facing \u2018fix\u2019 fears, given wife Caroline is a trained dancer who runs her own dance school.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Adam was quick to stress that he has no advantage in the competition.<\/p>\n While he did not address his wife and her experience directly, he made a point of how little he knows about dancing.<\/p>\nRead More on Adam Thomas<\/span><\/h2>\n
