Holly Willoughby ecstatic as social media helps find daughter Belle’s lost teddy bear

Holly Willoughby has praised the power of social media after her Instagram followers helped her solved the mystery of her daughter's missing teddy bear.

The This Morning presenter took to social media on Friday morning to appeal for help finding the missing toy.

She wrote: “Help… we’ve had that nightmare moment where Belle has lost her favourite ‘Ted’ … He is an old @arsenal teddy and had an Arsenal badge with a year on his foot… I wish I had a better photo! I’ve searched everywhere and also online for a replacement… can anyone help?”

“Have you seen him, Have you got the same bear at home that you may not need anymore, can I buy a replacement somewhere? … poor Belle is so sad to loose her best friend …? Thank you xxx,” she continued, following by a crying face emoji.

And just two hours later, her appeal paid off as she announced that Ted has been found after Holly's family had accidentally left him behind at Soho Farmhouse following her 39th birthday celebrations there.

Rejoicing at their good luck, she shared a picture of the teddy, writing: “Insta you are amazing… Ted’s been found!!! He had decided to stay on after my birthday weekend away but is now ready to come home… Thank you for all your help and lovely messages… and a huge huge thank you to @sohofarmhouse for finding him!!!! Can’t wait to tell Belle after school…”

As well as Belle, eight, Holly and her TV producer husband Dan Baldwin are also parents to sons Harry, ten, and five-year-old Chester. The family recently enjoyed a half term skiing trip, with Chester showing his mum how it's done as they hit the slopes.

Holly and Dan tied the knot back in 2007 in a star-studded ceremony at St Michael's Church before hosting their wedding reception at Amberley Castle. Their big day was covered exclusively by OK!

The star recently opened up to pal Keith Lemon on his Christmas Shopping special about the beginnings of their relationship after they met on the set of children's show Saturday Showdown.

She revealed it took them a long time to become 'really good friends', explaining: "Dan was there as a new producer and I thought, ''oh my God, I'm gonna hate this guy''.'

And it certainly wasn't love at first sight! When asked if she fancied Dan immediately, she replied: “No, not at all and he'd come from MTV and he was very cool for school. He looked at me like I was this wally of a person.”
