This Morning host Holly Willoughby, 39, took to Instagram this morning to ask her 6.4 million followers for help.

The TV presenter opened up about her “nightmare moment” with her eight-year-old daughter Belle after she lost her favourite toy, Ted.

Holly, who is also mum to Harry, 10, and Chester, five, who she shares with husband Dan Baldwin, 45, told her fans: “Poor Belle is so sad to loose her best friend.”(sic)

Mum-of-three Holly began: “Help… we’ve had that nightmare moment where Belle has lost her favourite ‘Ted’.”

Alongside a close-up picture of her daughter’s arms wrapped around the teddy bear in question, ITV favourite continued: “He is an old @arsenal teddy and had an Arsenal badge with a year on his foot… I wish I had a better photo!”

She went on to say: “I’ve searched everywhere and also online for a replacement… can anyone help? Have you seen him.”

Desperately trying to find a replacement for the beloved bear, Holly added: “Have you got the same bear at home that you may not need anymore, can I buy a replacement somewhere?… poor Belle is so sad to loose her best friend… Thank you xxx.”(sic)

Instagram users, fans and understanding parents rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts and wish the This Morning star good luck in her search.

One user wrote: “This is heartbreaking! I’ve had the same thing happen to my son before and it literally feels like you’ve lost a part of the family. Hope you find what you’re looking for xx.”

Some fans suggested Holly should try to find a replacement bear on eBay, however one user kindly offered their own teddy bear, penning: “I have one called soppy, she can have mine [crying emoji].”

A third and fourth user added: “Poor Belle,” and “Good luck. I hope you find him!”

Within two hours, Holly took to Instagram with an update.

She said: “Insta you are amazing… Ted’s been found!!!”

Revealing a bit more information she added: “He had decided to stay on after my birthday weekend away but is now ready to come home… Thank you for all your help and lovely messages.”

Revealing the location the bear was found, she added: “And a huge huge thank you to @sohofarmhouse for finding him!!!!

Can’t wait to tell Belle after school…”
