Prince Harry sparks fury as he ‘books out entire First Class train carriage on way home from eco-conference’
Prince Harry has caused a stir after reportedly booking out an entire First Class train carriage following his eco-conference in Edinburgh.
There was fury at the royal's move as he was in Scotland to attend a conference all about sustainable tourism. The event was to support his new Travelyst partnership, which is trying to make it easier for people to find greener ways to get around.
The prince is said to have booked out the carriage for himself and his bodyguards for his journey back to London, and he was pictured arriving at Waverley Station in Edinburgh with his security team following the summit, according to Mail Online.

Prince Harry drops his royal titles in his first public speech since returning to the UK from Canada
The 35 year old's decision was compared to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's visit to Leicestershire earlier this month, after the couple travelled alongside other commuters for their trip to see the new Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre. Harry's father Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall are also known to travel by train and sit with fellow commuters.
At the event Harry, who is known as the Earl of Dumbarton when he's in Scotland, also appeared to have dropped his royal titles early as he requested to simply be called “Harry”.
Before he was due to speak at the summit, host Ayesha Hazarika told event-goers: “He's made it clear that we are all just to call him Harry.” She added as she introduced the 35 year old: “So ladies and gentlemen, please give a big, warm, Scottish welcome to Harry.”
The conference was one of Harry's last official royal engagements, as he and his wife Meghan Markle are due to end their time as senior working royals on 31 March.
It was Harry's first speech in the UK since he moved to Canada with Meghan and their nine-month-old son Archie earlier this year.
The couple had originally planned to continue using the term Sussex Royal after the move away from the royal family, but have since been reportedly banned in doing so by The Queen.

Harry has previously been blasted for his use of private jets, after he and Meghan were said to have taken four flights in 11 days last year. The pair were pictured boarding a jet in the South of France after staying at Sir Elton John 's £15 million home in the region in August 2019.
However, Harry did take a commercial flight from Canada to the UK ahead of carrying out his final royal engagements.
