Kate Hudson shared her top tip for keeping fit – by having sex.
The Hollywood star revealed with a racy secret that she likes to choose a session in the bedroom over the treadmill in the gym in a bid to burn calories.
In a playful video, she told fans that her partner Danny Fujikawa helps her.
She said: "Got some really interesting news that I'm very excited about right now.
"If anybody needs me, I'm going to be in my bedroom for a good, I'm gonna say hour 20, if he can handle it."
The star, who was wearing oversized sunglasses and a white blouse, said her saucy hack was down to Weight Watchers, for who she has been a brand ambassador for since December 2019.
She continued: "Me having sex for an hour 20 will equal – s**t, I'm terrible at math – six FitPoints."
But a sex therapist has said an almost two-hour sex session equates to 'epic sex' as the average time people spend in the bedroom is far less.
The Fool's Gold actress captioned the video: "Yep, I said sex. Thanks @ww for always making sure we're getting all the fit points we can."
Kate also added: "#nationalsexday" to celebrate the holiday after posting the clip on June 9.
Jamie Mizrahi, close friend and stylist, was shocked by the news – and the length of the session itself.
She wrote: "HOUR TWENTY?!"
She also tagged Danny and teased: "I hope you're ready."
But Lisa Rinna was enjoying the playful post.
She added: "I die for you. That's all."
Sara Foster commented: "TMI," and believed it was a bit too much to handle for Instagram.
"We have always encouraged our members to seek out movement they enjoy, and this is no different," says Gail Tifford, Chief Brand Officer at WW, in a statement to Yahoo Life.
"It's important to move in ways that move you, and we want to recognize and reward all activity as part of that."

However, quality exercise may not come from the bedroom, Holly Richmond, sex therapist, advised.
She said the average time in the bedroom – being between five and seven minutes – is not the "greatest workout".
But she also went on to admit that if Kate is gearing for a nearly two-hour session: "That's epic sex. That's Olympic athlete of sex. People don’t have sex for two hours."
