Speaking to The Sun Online and other press ahead of the launch, the Brummie said: “I think if I was to answer this then my initial answer would be no.
“However I think sometimes if it is like a natural step in the relationship and you just don’t know what is going to happen in there – so I wouldn’t rule it out.”
Asked if she had discussed what she will and won’t do on the show with her parents, Liberty admitted: “Not in detail, not really.
“They are just supportive of all the decisions that I make on the show and everyone is just really rooting for me back home.”
Opening up about messages she’s received from potential suitors in the past, the stunning student said: “I have had a few blue ticks in the DMs – they are just footballers or boxers.
“But there is no one that I have ever thought ‘oh you’re famous’ or ‘I know him’.”
Liberty is hoping to find someone with the looks of Alex Bowen and the personality of Jack Fincham or Nathan Massey.
And she doesn’t think she’ll have any trouble standing out amongst the other singletons because she believes she is “rare by name, rare by nature.”
“It’s very cringe but that is just something that I say, " she said. "I know I am not the typical ‘cool for school’ girl, I am clumsy, I am goofy, I do say cringy things a lot, so I just think you have to be yourself.”
The upcoming star added that she is hoping to return to university to finish her marketing degree once the show is over.
Love Island starts at 9pm Monday 28th June on ITV2 and ITV Hub. Episodes are available the following morning on BritBox
