This Morning’s Ruth Langsford replaced by Rochelle Humes on today’s show – The Sun

RUTH Langsford was replaced by Rochelle Humes on today's This Morning because she has "other things to do."

The television presenter regularly presents the show on Fridays with her husband Eamonn Holmes but on today's show she was a no show.

Eamonn announced the news with a joke while stood next to Rochelle: "If you're thinking Ruth looks very well today, it's Rochelle."

Rochelle told him to pack it in, joking: "You say the same thing every time and I tell you not to!"

Eamonn explained how Ruth was "too busy" for the show today and had other things to do so he had been paired up with former Saturdays star Rochelle.

He said: "Ruthie's got other things to do today but she can't be here today but Rochelle and I are pairing up!"

And for Rochelle she joked she was the perfect choice because they could keep the This Morning mugs in place for her.

She added: "I always say they don't have to change the mugs, the cups can stay the same – E and R. It works, we like it.

"I'm Mrs Holmes for the day!"
