Peter Andre fans ordered not to touch him or take selfies at Q&A over coronavirus fears – The Sun

FANS of Peter Andre were ordered not to have physical contact or selfies with him at a question and answer session because of the coronavirus.

Stunned supporters of the Mysterious Girl singer were shocked to see signs up warning them at the event called An Evening with Peter Andre on Saturday night.


They read: “Due to the recent cases of the coronavirus please DO NOT have any physical contact with Peter Andre.

“Please DO NOT take any selfies with Peter Andrew. Apologies for any inconvenience. Thank you.”

The former I’m A Celebrity contestant appeared on stage at the Central Hall in Southampton where he discussed his life and music.

A bottle of hand gel was on a table on the stage where he sat for the event which cost punters £20.

Gemma Smith, 35, who attended the event, said: “Who does he think he is? Not even the Queen has made such demands.”

The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the UK currently stands at 36. The number rose today after 13 more UK patients tested positive for the disease.

Brits are urged to stay alert for signs and symptoms of the bug, with the early warning signs being a runny nose, a cough and/or sore throat, a high temperature, feeling tired and difficulty breathing.
