He seemed to be provoking them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cScott went to the concourse, saw him and headbutted him but he only hit his shoulder and did more damage to himself.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe broke his nose and Keane didn\u2019t seem to be hurt at all, just a bit shaken up.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>&#x27;SHAKEN&#x27;<\/h2>\n<p>Another fan who witnessed the incident said: \u201cThe fan seemingly tried to headbutt Roy Keane.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMicah Richards stepped in and pushed the fan back against the door. I heard the altercation and I was shocked to see the individuals involved.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sources said former\u00a0Republic of Ireland\u00a0midfielder Keane and ex-Man City\u00a0defender Richards, 35, were left \u201cshaken\u201d by the incident but continued with their matchday duties.<\/p>\n<p>The pair have struck up a firm friendship off the field since meeting through punditry and have appeared in several spin-off shows together.<\/p>\n<p>Sky Sports will\u00a0review\u00a0security for its pundits and presenters for the rest of the season.<\/p>\n<p>Keane, who clashed with former Arsenal captain\u00a0Patrick Vieira\u00a0in the tunnel at Arsenal\u2019s old stadium at\u00a0Highbury\u00a0in 2005, was back home with his family yesterday in Hale,\u00a0Cheshire.<\/p>\n<p>He was pictured taking his two\u00a0dogs\u00a0for a walk\u00a0but refused to comment, covering his face from the cameras with a jumper.<\/p>\n<h2>SEEING RED<\/h2>\n<p>Richards touched briefly on the incident yesterday while recording The Rest is\u00a0Football\u00a0podcast with Match of the Day\u2019s\u00a0Gary Lineker\u00a0and\u00a0Alan Shearer.<\/p>\n<p>Lineker asked: \u201cOne of us had an interesting weekend, Micah, you were in the\u00a0news?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Richards responded: \u201cOh my word. Gary, I\u2019m not allowed to talk about it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lineker then clarified: \u201cBecause it\u2019s under police investigation?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Richards confirmed that stating: \u201cExactly, but when I am allowed to talk about it, The Rest Is Football will get it first.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Shearer said: \u201cI think the common\u00a0opinion\u00a0is don\u2019t f*** with Big Meeks (Richards)!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Referring to the US law about the right to remain silent, Richards replied: \u201cNo comment.
