Jacky then got a headache, went back to the surgeon for a post-operative appointment, decided to get a massage to alleviate her pain and was advised to swap some of the pills she was taking.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/imagez.tmz.com\/image\/0f\/4by3\/2023\/10\/02\/0fc45c3b6bd148089273b02d7883c249_md.jpg\"            alt=\"Celebrity Deaths In 2023\"            loading=\"lazy\"          ><\/p>\n<p>According to <strong>the ME report<\/strong>, Jacky then began to feel her head &#8220;burning&#8221; and she had difficulty speaking. A family member called 911 but Jacky was unresponsive before first responders arrived, and she was ultimately pronounced dead at a hospital.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/imagez.tmz.com\/image\/b0\/4by3\/2023\/06\/01\/b04240347ede464cba6e5ed83cba78c5_md.png\"            alt=\"Ms Jacky Oh! Family Photos\"            loading=\"lazy\"          ><\/p>\n<p>The autopsy report noted Jacky had swelling in her brain and extensive bleeding of the skin around her torso.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/imagez.tmz.com\/image\/11\/4by3\/2023\/06\/17\/1143de3fa45e44388b96e466c71d74ff_md.jpg\"          loading=\"lazy\"          alt=\"zach okhah\"        ><\/p>\n<p>In a since-deleted social media post before her death, Jacky said she was in Miami for a &#8220;mommy makeover&#8221; with Dr.<strong> Zachary Okhah<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Okhah <strong>released a statement<\/strong> shortly after Jacky&#8217;s death, though he didn&#8217;t directly address the situation &#8230; instead saying his office &#8220;remains devoted to the highest quality medical care.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/imagez.tmz.com\/image\/4b\/4by3\/2023\/06\/17\/4b6be1ab59c54678806bdcccb8bf390c_md.jpg\"          loading=\"lazy\"          alt=\"zach okhah statement\"        ><\/p>\n<p>The doc added &#8230; &#8220;All aesthetic procedures are performed in a hygienically safe environment to universally recognized medical standards.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/imagez.tmz.com\/image\/6b\/4by3\/2023\/06\/12\/6b7a928e2300444c9630e0951b59b750_md.jpg\"            alt=\"Jacky Oh!
