Former Strictly Come Dancing star James Jordan took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to express his dissatisfaction at the show’s professional dancers for counting or chatting to their celebrity while dancing.<\/p>\n

During a live session on Saturday night, the dad-of-on, said: “I also wish all the pros would talking to their celebs when dancing – it’s so off putting when watching a performance and you see them counting or chatting away.”<\/p>\n

One X user said: “It’s becoming far more noticeable than in previous series,” with another follower adding: “I agree, the face is part of the performance. Now that they show what they say, it’s now become so noticeable.”<\/p>\n

A third expressed: “Completely agree. I think it may be a bit forced due to the popular feature they do when they reveal clips of what is said on the dancefloor.<\/p>\n

“It really does need to stop, though. It cheapens the performance, I feel.”<\/p>\n

This isn’t the first time this series that James has slammed one of the show’s stars as he also called out celebrity Layton Williams for his dancing background.<\/p>\n

In an interview with Hello! James said: “[Layton] is a fully trained professional dancer.<\/p>\n

“When they come out you essentially had two professional dancers standing next to each other.<\/p>\n
