I still go to training<\/h3>\n<p>And the club\u2019s CEO Neil Blake and technical director Richard Hughes were key in convincing Foley that O\u2019Neil should be replaced by Iraola. <\/p>\n<p>The pair will be hoping that their chosen one can pull a result out of the bag this weekend as they host fellow relegation zone dwindlers Burnley on the south coast.<\/p>\n<p>If Iraola\u2019s side can pick up all three points then it\u2019s likely the 41-year-old will be given more time to implement his plans.<\/p>\n<p>But things have to change quickly for the former Rayo Vallecano boss &#8211;
