THERE are few things worse than trying to get all cosy and snuggly on the sofa, only to feel a draught coming in.<\/p>\n
But rather than fork out on a draught excluder which you need to install yourself, it turns out there's a popular household item you can use instead – and you'll already have it in your home.<\/p>\n

Money experts at Which? decided to test what material is best at eliminating draughts and it turns out that if you're looking to cut back on pricey energy bills, then a bathroom towel is your best bet.<\/p>\n
It beat off everything from rubber, fabric and brush to come up trumps.<\/p>\n
In a clip posted to TikTok (@whichuk), the savvy woman explains: "This towel could go towards saving you \u00a350 a year". <\/p>\n
The video then shows a simulation using cardboard, feathers and a wind machine to replicate a draught.<\/p>\n
