The actress has revealed she misses her cat so much that she sleeps with his ashes each night.<\/p>\n

The 50-year-old was ‘totally heartbroken’ when Clive died in June aged 19 \u2013 and she’s clearly still grieving.\u00a0<\/p>\n

When her grey and white Persian passed away, Ms Beckinsale posted: ‘My heart is absolutely and totally broken. Every single part of my house feels like he should be in it’<\/p>\n

After a fan asked on Instagram whether he was cremated or buried, she wrote: ‘Cremated and call me weird but I sleep with his little casket in my bed every night.’<\/p>\n

She also posted a montage of photographs of ‘Things and people that have given comfort or lifted my spirits’ \u2013 including a portrait of Clive surrounded by candles.<\/p>\n

Ms Beckinsale, who has 5.6million followers on the social media site, regularly updated fans about the antics of the grey and white Persian.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The self-professed ‘cat person’ and star of the Underworld horror films, got Clive as a kitten<\/p>\n

When he died she wrote: ‘My heart is absolutely and totally broken. Every single part of my house feels like he should be in it.’<\/p>\n
