"Both Mum & Baby are doing so well," Tommy added.
Clelia's baby joy comes just a couple of months after she told fans that she had lost her "beautiful mum" in an accident that left her with two broken legs and two broken feet.
After the accident the TV star, 28, opened up about her grief and said that her heart would "never heal".
"At the end of May myself and my Mum were unfortunately involved in an accident, we both suffered terrible injuries," she explained in a moving post.
"I am continuing to heal from mine after weeks in hospital but it's with the biggest regret to say that my beautiful Mum couldn't heal from hers.
"The person I never, ever wanted to say goodbye to. Who loved me unconditionally, the pure definition of a mother's love.
"This pain is paralysing, this loss we are suffering is beyond a feeling to even try to describe."
Sharing a pregnancy snap weeks later, she said her unborn baby was her "ray of sunshine through such darkness".
