Brittany Hockley caused quite the stir over the weekend when she unveiled her incredible bikini body while holidaying with her soccer star boyfriend Ben Siegrist.
The former Bachelor star, 36, turned heads in skimpy swimwear which left little to the imagination.
Now fans are wondering just how the Life Uncut host has achieved her enviable physique.
‘The last few years I have run myself ragged. But what I always make time for is exercise, that is my self-care,’ she previously told Mamamia.
Brittany went on to say she walks every single day and has to ‘clock some serious kilometers’ to wear out her Australian shepherd Delilah.

The podcaster also talked diet tips – and it’s not what people would expect.
‘Food is life! I am strong, fit and healthy and I eat whatever I want, in moderation, because life is about balance,’ she wrote on Instagram in 2019.
‘I like what my body can do. It is so good for my mental health, it gives me energy and I don’t feel myself if I haven’t at least gone outdoors for a walk.’

She said she is ‘older, curvier, stronger’ and has decided to put her personal health and happiness above any fad diets and exercise.
Instead, Brittany said she focuses on walking a lot and maintaining a balanced diet rather than trying to aim for a specific body type.
Earlier this year, she revealed to her Instagram followers that most of her secrets include a consistent gym routine, balanced diet and the occasional indulgence.
‘We’re about balance. A few treats here and there never hurt anybody. It’s about making the choices that make you feel good, both inside and out,’ she explained.

Brittany’s relaxed lifestyle is a far cry from the strict diet and exercise routine she followed after becoming a runner-up on The Bachelor in 2018.
In an interview with Body+Soul that August, after filming the reality series, she said that ‘intermittent fasting’ is the secret to her fit physique.
Looking noticeably slimmer at the time, she added: ‘My eating window would be from 10.30 to 6.30pm most days. I do this five days a week as on weekends I love going out to brekky.’
She also revealed at the time that she went to the gym ‘most days’ and alternated between HIIT workouts, F45 training and weights.

The star has admitted that she once had an unhealthy and life-threatening relationship with food
Just a year later, the former reality television star opened up about her struggles with body image and eating disorders.
She told told fans on Instagram that she once had an unhealthy and life-threatening relationship with food.
Brittany revealed that the situation once got so bad she had a seizure and was rushed to hospital.
‘You know, I’ve always been into exercise and fitness. Since I could walk I’ve been doing all types of sport and at quite high levels (I was quite the tomboy to be honest),’ she began.

‘I had this idea that skinny meant healthy and that it was the only way to be “attractive”. I barely ate anything and worked out every day,’ she said of her younger years
‘But I haven’t always been healthy and had a great relationship with food. When I was a teenager I used to be scared of eating anything bad.’
Brittany admitted she had a skewed idea about what was considered to be healthy and attractive, which culminated in her obsessing over food and exercise.
‘I had this idea that skinny meant healthy and that it was the only way to be “attractive”. I barely ate anything and worked out every day,’ she confessed.
‘If I ate something “bad” I’d literally put my joggers on and go for a run. On school camp, when we stopped at McDonald’s I used to get an apple. I used to lie to my parents about having eaten at a friends house.’

The brunette focuses on her mental health just as much as her physical health
She said the turning point only came after she collapsed and needed to be rushed to hospital.
‘I did this until I had a seizure one day in front of my sister and woke up in hospital,’ she continued.
‘After that dad drove me home and we stopped at a burger shop where he bought me a burger and chips and told me I was so anaemic that he wanted to watch me and make sure I ate it. (Thanks dad – love you) So I did. And loved it.’
Brittany revealed she has since developed a much healthier and more balanced attitude towards food and exercise.
