Im A Celeb fans spot co-star tension and say Tony Bellew is hanging by thread

Fans of ITV 's I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! seem to think Tony Bellew is about to loose his cool as he could soon lash out at Sam Thompson.

Tony was trying his best to keep his composure on Friday's episode when Sam appeared to break wind in camp. Confused by Sam's confident blow off, Tony asked him if ever broke wind on his girlfriend Zara McDermott.

Tony said: "I’m eating my breakfast. Nearly knocked my tash off my face… How long have you been with your girlfriend? Have you ever farted on her? So why would you do it to strangers then? I’m going to teach you some decorum."

In the Bush Telegraph Sam said: “I’m so sorry and I’m so embarrassed. My mum is going to kill me. Zara’s going to kill me. And it’s Tony Bellew and I want him to be my best mate."

But fans seemed to think that a fallout could soon occur between Tony and Sam, as the boxer is coming to the end of his tether. Taking to X formerly known as Twitter, one fan wrote: "Tony's patience hanging on by a thread."

Another said: "Tony HATES Sam #ImACeleb.” Before a third fan echoed the thought and penned: "Tony hates Sam so much #ImACeleb."

Meanwhile a fourth said Sam seems very happy in camp. The viewer chimed: "Everyone is suffering and Sam is just happy to be there with Tony."

Later on, Sam tried his best to make it up to Tony while in camp. He said to him: "How about this, this is because I’m sorry… [he sang] ‘Sorry seems to be the hardest word… so sad, it’s a sad, sad situation and it’s getting more and more absurd… oh, it seems to me Tony, sorry seems to be the hardest word.’”

Tony replied: "I have no words, sometimes. Sam you sound like you’re being poked with a hot stick."

During Thursday's episode, some viewers compared Sam to the famous Shrek and Donkey with Tony being Shrek and Sam being Donkey. The reference was made to the popular dreamwork animated film that charts the adventures of a green ogre voiced by Mike Myers and Donkey played by Eddie Murphy.

Taking to social media again, one fan exclaimed: "Tony & Sam's friendship is just real life Shrek & Donkey. I'm living for it!."

Since Tony’s arrival into camp last week, fans noticed Sam’s attempts to earn his favour. This has included bombarding the athlete with a series of "love bombs" to try and ingratiate himself to the star.
