I was so chilly but stopped heat escaping my home thanks to a clever method – best of all it’s free and simple | The Sun

WITH the weather getting colder, it won't be long until people will be caving in and finally switching on their heating.

But if you've got curtains in the way of your radiator, then you may just want to listen up!

That's because a woman named Tallulah has revealed a clever hack to ensure you don't have any obstructions blocking the heat from getting out.

In the clip shared to TikTok (@tallulah_hoolihan), the savvy woman can be seen taking a twist tie and two bamboo canes.

Placing one cane behind the bottom of the curtain and the other in front, she then ties the two sticks together using the twist tie.

Then, Tallulah simply begins rolling the curtain inwards, so that the material wraps around the bamboo canes until the curtain eventually lifts above the height of the radiator.
