TOWIEs Amy Childs and EastEnders Lacey Turner pose with mini-me daughters

Towie star Amy Childs and EastEnders actress Lacey Turner enjoyed a mums-and-daughters day out with their little ones on Sunday, 17 September.

Reality TV legend Amy, 33, became a mum of four earlier this summer when she gave birth to twins Billy River and Amelia Mae, joining Polly and big brother Ritchie, from her previous relationships.

Doting mum Lacey, 35, who plays Albert Square's Stacey Slater, was joined by her four-year-old daughter Dusty at the launch of Aquabeads at Covent Garden Town House Salon in London.

The happy mums were treated to a manicure and polish, with the little ones getting in on the action too.

Speaking exclusively to OK! recently, Amy opened up about the pressure new mums are under to bounce back after giving birth. She revealed that between the sleepless nights with the newborns she shares with fiancé Billy Delbosq and filming for TOWIE, she hasn't got any energy left to worry about her shape or size.

"I’m absolutely knackered," she told us. "Plus, I’ve been filming TOWIE and we plan to go on holiday. So I’m not thinking about training at the minute and I’m not worried about getting back into shape. I’ll start slowly over the next few months."

Double the number of children he had overnight, the TOWIE favourite also said she works hard to carve out time for her two older children alone – including her mini-me daughter Polly.

"The twins are doing really well so far," she said. "I always try to spend time with Polly and Ritchie on their own too. That’s so important."

Lacey also has another little one at home – two-year-old son Trilby – her second child with husband Matt Kay.

The actress's life off-screen is no doubt quieter than her character's life on EastEnders, with Stacey recently becoming a grandmother and also discovering her daughter's tutor is the man who's been stalking her.

Speaking recently about the dramatic storylines, Lacey, who joined the soap in 2004, revealed the drama isn't over yet.

“Stacey hasn’t had time to deal with any of her emotions towards the situation because she knows she needs to be strong for Lily,” she explained. “I think she’s running on autopilot. Lily and the baby are her main responsibility but underneath it all she’s struggling.

"She’s already blaming herself for the situation with Theo because she feels guilty for bringing him into her family’s lives."

Amy and Lacey were also joined by Good Morning Britain's weather presenter Laura Tobin, who took along her daughter Charlotte, six, for a little bit of girly time.

Writing on her socials after the daytime party, she said she'd had a "great Mummy & Daughter day" getting their nails done.

The 40-year-old presenter, who is known for being vocal about the dangers of climate change, opened up recently to OK! about the environmental lessons she's been trying to teach her young daughter.

"If I go to put stuff in the bin she’ll go, 'Mummy, no!'. She knows if it can’t be recycled it’ll go into a hole in the ground (landfill)," she told us. "We had to buy some plastic last year to cover our allotment and when we were in Wilkinson’s she said, 'Mummy why are you buying plastic? It ruins our planet'.

"I said that we needed this plastic and you could see the person next to me in the shop thinking, 'How are you going to get out of that one?!'."
