BAPE®, Disney and BE@RBRICK Reveal Anniversary Mickey Mouse Toy

From bedrooms and living rooms to shoe storefronts, Medicom Toy’s BE@RBRICK has become a staple decor piece for streetwear-savvy people keen on having a little fun. Over the years, the piece has come in several personality-filled and multicolored iterations. Out of the lot, some of the most interesting versions have come from its arsenal of collaborations – usually featuring two entities. Now Medicom Toy has revealed a new triple collaboration – fusing BAPE®, Disney and BE@RBRICK for a special edition piece.

The new collaboration reveals a special anniversary Mickey Mouse-inspired BE@RBRICK. With it, the piece celebrates A BATHING APE®︎’s 30th anniversary and Disney’s 100th anniversary. However, this is not the first time this special triple collaboration has been done. Therefore, this time the entities are refreshing their previous work while celebrating special anniversaries.

For the latest collab, the Mickey Mouse BE@RBRICK features pants and shoes revealing BAPE®︎’s original camouflage in shades of red, maroon and reddish-gray. The new toy comes in 100% (about 7 cm), 400% (about 28 cm) and 1000% (about 70cm) sizes. To further commemorate the limited-edition pieces, the toys come in special boxes that nod to the brand’s 30th and 100th anniversary logos.
