The summer may soon be over, but that hasn’t stopped societies’ most glam and wealthiest jetting off to soak up the last of the rays overseas.  

While some, like Marchioness of Bath Emma Weymouth have enjoyed beachy retreats to St Tropez and Italy, others like Amelia Windsor have explored the idyllic nature in the Swiss Alps.

Elsewhere Lady Mary Charteris posed up a storm in a glam warm retreat to Ibiza, while Louise d’Orléans has been focusing on getting a tan on a Greek island.

Jetting away to France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and further afield well-heeled members of the upper classes have soaked up some vitamin D.

King Charles’ goddaughter, Princess Olympia of Greece, lead a group of posh pals to Tuscany to bask in the rolling Italian hills of Siena.

The trio are known for their love of Italy, with the eldest Lady Kitty having an elaborate wedding in Rome two years ago. And earlier this summer, Kitty brought along her younger twin sisters, Amelia and Eliza, 31, to experience La Dolce Vita.

The sisters, whose father is Princess Diana’s brother Charles Spencer, 9th Earl Spencer and mother is  Victoria Aitken, shared a photo in gorgeous Italian dresses overlooking a stunning vista.

Amelia and Eliza also headed to France to celebrate their 31st birthday earlier this year. 

Emma Weymouth: St Tropez and Italy

As well as joining her good pal Princess Olympia of Greece in Tuscany and at Glastonbury, Mary has been enjoying some down time in Paris (as well as a quick trip to Sicily for a photoshoot).

And now, the model and singer is getting some Balearic bronzing done as she laps up the sunshine in Ibiza with pals.

Lady Mary modelled for the likes of Tatler, Vanity Fair, Vogue and Love, and is now best known as a DJ and member of electronic rock band The Big Pink. 

She is the youngest child and only daughter of James Charteris and his first wife Catherine, who is the daughter of Guinness heir Jonathan Guinness, 3rd Baron Moyne. 

As a child, Lady Mary was educated at Francis Holland, an all-girls private school in west London, which counts Poppy and Cara Delevingne and The Ecclestone sisters among its alumni.

It was in her teens that she got into modelling after being introduced to the world famous agency Storm Models by the magazine editor and fashion muse Isabella Blow, who was an old family friend.

Camille is the youngest daughter of Princess Stephanie of Monaco and her former bodyguard Jean Raymond Gottlieb. She is the niece of Prince Albert, and the granddaughter of Hollywood legend Grace Kelly, who married Prince Rainier of Monaco in 1956.

The sisters are the daughters of the Duke and Duchess of Rutland, who live at Belvoir Castle, in Leicestershire. 

The siblings were once dubbed the ‘real-life crawly sisters’ for their antics on the London social scene, but since the first national lockdown have been spending vast amounts of her time on her family’s estate.
