Emmerdale fans have "worked out" who dies after spotting a huge clue following the horrific car crash.
During Tuesday's (October 10) hour-long episode of the ITV soap, Mack (Lawrence Boyd) set off for his trip away in Scotland with Chloe (Jessie Elland), unaware of his fiancé's fractured state of mind. With Chloe at the wheel, she planned to abandon Mack and take baby Reuben away from him forever.
The pair were soon shocked to find Charity broken down at the side of the road and Chloe was happy to offer her a lift with the intention of abandoning her too. Tensions began to rise and Charity became alarmed by Chloe's strange behaviour.

She demanded Chloe pull over the car, but the young mum wasn't having any of it. As the trio furiously argued in the car, another vehicle smashed into the side of them and sent the car flipping off the road.
Mack was the first to regain consciousness and got out of the car to call an ambulance after discovering his phone in the grass. Charity came round next and began to panic when she realised the car was teetering on the edge of a cliff.
Urging her to keep calm, Mack insisted he wouldn't let her die and both her and Chloe would make it out alive. Chloe was the last to regain consciousness and began frantically panicking.
As Mack attempted to guide them both out, Chloe made him promise that Reuben will always know that she loves him. "We've got this," Chloe muttered as she looked as Charity. But as it appeared the two were about to climb to safety, the car began rocking as Charity screamed: "It's going to go".
Both characters stretched out their hands, with Mack appearing to grab only one of them before the car plummeted of the edge of the cliff. After the nail-biting episode, viewers headed straight to social media to speculate who Mack saved, with many believing the hand that Mack gripped can only belong to one character.
One fan exclaimed: "S**t he chose Chloe." Another added: "Looked like he saved Chloe to me! The arm looked thinner and paler!"
A third agreed: "With the pale arm there he's obviously saved chloe !, so your literal 'cliffhanger' is a load of s**t !" Another wrote: "Surely that was Chloe's arm?"
While others seemed more distracted on how the trio ended up on the edge of a cliff, noting that they were driving down a country road with no cliff in sight.
One person wrote: "How have they ended up on a cliff? They was in the middle of a field??" A second added: "Crashed in the middle of a field now on the edge of a cliff ," followed by an image with the caption: "That don't make no sense!"
Another fan shared: "Ah yes that cliff in the middle of that big field they rolled across." A fourth quipped: "You could see from how far the camera was that there was NO CLIFF near them."
Someone else penned: "Well for a car to roll off a country road, on to a field and then the edge of a cliff is some magic even Herbie would be amazed by." While a sixth echoed: "How did the car get to the top of a hill/cliff? They rolled on a flat field…"
