Married At First Sight shock as Shona finds love with another show star – who’s married to rival bride | The Sun

AXED Married at First Sight star Shona Manderson is dating new contestant Matt Pilmoor, The Sun can reveal.

The couple were spotted together in Starbucks and are officially an item.

Shona, 31, left the show because of her unhealthy relationship with Brad Skelly – whose behaviour was deemed controlling and manipulative by charity Women’s Aid.

But Shona – from Nottingham – has since found love with window cleaner Matt, 29 – despite him marrying Adrienne Naylor on Monday’s show.

A source said: “They were chilling together in Starbucks and looked very relaxed in each other’s company.

“They even brought their pet dog along. They must have been together for a while because they were hardly dressed to impress.

WIFE FOR LIFE

MAFS UK star ‘gives clue’ he’s still with wife after explosive screen row

“I’m a big fan of the show so I couldn’t believe it when they strolled in together because Matt’s only just joined the show.

“I’m really disappointed I saw them to be honest because there’s still a month or so to go – and now I know his marriage to Adrienne won’t last.

“But I wish them all the best and hopefully they both fare better in the real world than they did on the show.”

After leaving the show the performing arts teacher took a swipe at Brad and shared news of her happy ending with fans on Instagram.

Shona wrote: “Unfortunately the person I was matched with was there to promote himself as a meditation guide, and ultimately I was sent home for his horrible behaviour.

“The experiment wasn’t to blame he was the same person on the outside and when we finally went our separate ways he told me he never loved me, it was just a TV show.

“It made me look within and question why I put up with this behaviour. I realised deep down I needed to love myself more. I did just that, I filled myself up with self-love and when I was ready fate kicked in and I met the kindest soul who loves me just the way I am and it’s what I deserve.”

Adrienne, 27, and Matt – the Channel 4 show’s newest couple – tied the knot in a fairytale wedding, with sparks flying between the two.

Show rules state couples aren't allowed to confirm or deny whether they are still in a relationship with their partner, until their final episodes have aired.

After finishing filming on the show, Adrienne said: “You kind of have that niggling thought that I'm going to get down there and it's going to be completely not who I expected.

"My wedding day was unbelievable and I felt like when I was matched with Matt we weren't strangers from the offset.

"I've not had much luck with finding that special someone so I was all up for this. It was a good experience."
