I'm haunted by last image of my daughter Sara Sharif, 10, when I identified her injured body, devastated mum says | The Sun
SARA Sharif's mum has spoken of her torment at identifying her murdered daughter's body after she suffered horror injuries.
The 10-year-old was found dead at a home in Woking, Surrey, on August 10 after her dad Urfan Sharif called 999 from Pakistan.
An international manhunt is now underway for him, his partner Beinash Batool and Sara’s uncle Faisal Malik.
Sara's mum Olga Sharif has now revealed her horror at seeing her daughter's body at the mortuary.
She told Polish television programme Uwaga! on the TVN Channel: "One of her cheeks was swollen and the other side was bruised.
"Even now, when I close my eyes I can see what my baby looked like."

Olga said her daughter was dressed in Mickey Mouse pyjamas and had been covered in a quilt.
She added: "No mother should have to see something like that".
Polish native Olga separated from Sharif in 2015, with both Sara and her brother sent to live with their dad by a family court.
Although the mum had equal rights to see the children, she said this became harder over time.

Olga added: "Their stepmother wrote to me not to come anymore because the children did not want to see me
"It's not normal that once the children were happy, and arguing about who would talk to mum first, and then the kids don't even want to talk to me on the phone and are calling me the worst names."
An inquest opened into Sara's death last week heard how medics are still unable to establish a cause of death.
But Woking Coroner's Court was told the youngster's death is likely to have been "unnatural".
A previous post-mortem revealed she suffered “multiple and extensive injuries which are likely to have been caused over a sustained and extended period of time”.
National Crime Agency cops have been working with Interpol and Pakistani authorities to track Urfan, 41, down.
It is understood the dad fled capital Islamabad with Beinash and Faisal on August 9 – the day before Sara was found dead.
Pakistan police previously said they found evidence the dad briefly returned to his family home in Jhelum.
They are now widening their search area for the on-the-run trio as the net closes in.
There is no extradition treaty between Pakistan and the UK, which would make it difficult to bring the suspects back for questioning.
